Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with the pieces you choose for your home. If that new sofa, desk, rack, or chair doesn't quite fit your space the way you hoped, we are here to make sending it back as easy as possible. Here is how our return process works.

The 45-Day Window You have 45 days from the day your furniture is delivered to decide if it is right for you. To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, the item needs to be in brand-new, unused condition, and securely packed in all of its original packaging.

How to Start a Return Please do not ship your furniture back before getting in touch with us! To get started, just send a quick email to contact@fiestahomefurniture.com. We will get you set up with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Once you have your RMA number, carefully pack the furniture back into its original boxes along with your proof of purchase, and ship it back to same address of Texas mentioned in original package.

Return Shipping Details Please keep in mind that you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Because furniture is heavy and valuable, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping or freight service to ensure your piece arrives safely back at our storefront.

Getting Your Refund As soon as your furniture arrives back at our San Antonio location, our team will inspect it to make sure it is still in new condition. We will process your refund or exchange within 4 business days of receiving the return. You will get an email confirmation the moment everything is finalized on our end.

What Cannot Be Returned To maintain the quality of our inventory for all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Furniture that has been used, assembled, or altered in any way.
  • Items that are no longer in their original boxes.
  • Pieces that get damaged after they are safely delivered to your home. (Note: If a piece was damaged during transit, we will need clear unboxing photos or a video showing that it arrived in that condition).

Did Your Order Arrive Damaged? If your new furniture shows up defective or was damaged by the delivery carrier, please let us know immediately by emailing contact@fiestahomefurniture.com or calling us at +1 (210) 338-5827. We will jump on the issue right away to get you a swift replacement or refund.
