We know that once you find the perfect piece for your home, you want it in your space as quickly as possible. We want the delivery experience to be just as smooth as picking out your furniture. Here is a clear breakdown of how we get your order from our San Antonio storefront directly to your door.
Free Standard Shipping Whether you are ordering a new office desk or outfitting your entire living room, standard shipping is completely free on every single order, no matter where it is going.
Same-Day Processing We don't believe in letting your order sit around. If you place your order before 6:00 PM (EST) on a weekday, our team will process and dispatch your items that exact same day. If you place your order after 6:00 PM or on a weekend, we will get it prepped and shipped out first thing on the next business day.
When Will Your Furniture Arrive? Once your pieces are packed up and leave our shop, here are our standard estimated delivery windows:
- Domestic (Within the US): 3 to 5 business days.
- International Deliveries: 5 to 10 business days.
Following Your Order We partner with reliable carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS to make sure your furniture is handled with care. As soon as your order is loaded onto the truck, we will send you an email with your tracking number. Please note that it can occasionally take about 24 hours for the carrier's system to activate the tracking link, so hang tight if it doesn't show movement right away.
A Few Quick Delivery Notes
- Double-Check Your Details: Please take a second to verify your shipping address during checkout. We cannot be responsible for pieces that end up at the wrong destination due to typos or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
- Missing Deliveries: If your tracking link updates to "Delivered" but your space is still empty, check around your porches and check in with your neighbors. If the package is still missing, please reach out to us within 24 hours of that delivery notice so we can jump in and help track it down with the carrier.
